Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club runs every day before school from 7.30am at a cost of £4.00 per session. Breakfast is provided and included in the cost of the club. This club is led and run by school staff and operates as an extension of the school day and, as such, is informed by current, established school policies and practices, in line with the school’s existing Ofsted registration.
Bookings and payment should be made online, in advance of the club being attended, using MyChildAtSchool (MCAS). Please note that a place will not be reserved at the club for your child if payment is not made at the time of booking.
If you pay by Childcare Vouchers and your account is in credit, you should be able to book sessions as normal on MCAS. If you are awaiting a Childcare Voucher payment to be credited to your account please contact the school office to book sessions. When making a childcare voucher payment please email enquiries@paddockwoodprimaryacademy.org.uk to advise as to which club you would like the credit to be allocated to on MCAS.
Once a booking has been made, the payment is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance due to sickness or any other reason, or for sessions only partly attended. Similarly, no partial refund will be given if a child does not require breakfast. Please contact the school office if you need to amend any bookings, allowing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, otherwise you may still be charged.
After School Club
After School Club is led and run by school staff and operates as an extension of the school day and, as such, is informed by current, established school policies and practices, in line with the school’s existing Ofsted registration.
After School Club runs every day from 3.20pm. We offer a choice of 2 sessions:
- 5pm Session – £6.00 per child, per session including food
- 6pm session – £10.00 per child, per session including food
Both sessions comprise planned structured and unstructured activities, with time available to support children’s homework and reading, if required.
