The School Council invited the local Rotary Shoe Box Appeal team to our KS2 Assembly today. We learnt about how some families in Moldova and Ukraine will not be able to celebrate Christmas and have gifts in the way we do. But we also learnt that we can help by collecting small gifts for Christmas which could sit in a shoe box and be taken by lorry all the way to these Eastern European countries. A letter was sent home on Monday explaining more. Thank you to everyone for your amazing support.
