At Paddock Wood Primary Academy we aim to provide a high quality, enjoyable, challenging and engaging education for all children. We acknowledge that all children are different; we aim to tailor education provision to suit the strengths and needs of each child individually.
We are committed to providing an environment that enables full curriculum access that values and includes all students, staff, parents and visitors regardless of their educational, physical, sensory, social, spiritual, emotional and/or cultural needs. We are committed to taking positive action in the spirit of the Equality Act 2010 with regard to disability and to reinforcing our culture of inclusion, support and awareness within the school.
We operate an open door policy whereby you are able to speak to class teachers, support staff, SENCo and the Principal whenever you feel this necessary. No matter how small or trivial you think the matter is we are here to help and support you and your child in their learning and development. Just ask at the office to speak to the relevant member of staff and arrangements will be made for this to happen.
You know your child best and we look forward to working in partnership with you in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for your child.
